How It Works:

1. Fill out the request form with any relevant details, images, and other information that will help me create your perfect set of custom press-on nails.
   
2. Choose your desired length and shape.
3. Select the appropriate design level for your request (send me a message if you're unsure which to pick).
4. Check out!
5. What happens next depends on whether or not you're a new or returning customer:
   1. New Customers: You will receive a sizing kit in the mail in order to determine your nail sizes. Please send me an email or message with your sizing information, and I will start on your set! I cannot begin working on your set unless I have your sizing information.
   2. Returning Customers: I already have your sizes on file! No need to wait for a new sizing kit unless you want to try a new length or shape. 
6. I will contact you to finalize design details.
7. Once the design is finalized, I'll begin working on your order!
8. Completed orders are shipped to you.
9. Put on your fresh set of custom press-on nails and enjoy!

Important Information:

• There are no refunds for custom press-on nail orders after the first 24 hours of placing your order.
• I only offer custom sizing because wearable art should be wearable! I would hate to work hard on bringing your perfect set of custom press-on nails to life, only for them to not fit properly! This is why I send sizing kits to new customers in order to get the perfect fit <3
