1. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the custom and handmade nature of my press-on nail sets, all sales are final. This means I do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges. If you experience any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out! I’ll do my best to work with you to find a solution that ensures you're happy with your experience. 💖
2. What happens if I provide the wrong nail sizes?
Since each set is made specifically for your measurements, it’s super important to double-check your sizes before placing an order. If you’re unsure of your sizes, I offer a sizing kit to help ensure the perfect fit. Unfortunately, I cannot provide refunds or remakes for incorrect sizing, so please measure carefully!
3. How long does it take to receive my order?
The processing time for custom orders is typically 1-3 weeks, depending on the complexity of the design and current demand. Once your nails are finished, they’ll be shipped with care. For rush orders, please contact me before placing your order to discuss availability. 💌
4. What comes with my nail set?
Every nail set includes:
- 10 custom nailsÂ
- An application kit with gel tabs, nail glue, a mini buffer, a file, a cuticle pusher, and an alcohol wipe
- Instructions for proper application and removal
5. Do you take all custom requests?
I’m happy to create designs that include mature content or edgy aesthetics as long as they do not promote anything hateful or harmful. I reserve the right to refuse any custom design requests that are hateful, harmful, or offensive. My brand values inclusivity, kindness, and creativity, and I want to make sure my work reflects those principles. If you’re unsure whether your idea would be a good fit, feel free to reach out, and we can chat about it!
6. How do I care for my press-on nails?
Your luxury press-ons are designed to last! To ensure they stay in great shape:
- Avoid excessive exposure to water (e.g., prolonged soaking or swimming).
- Gently file down any edges if they begin to lift or feel rough.
- Store them in the box provided to prevent damage when not in use.

7. Can I order extra nails or replacements?
Absolutely! If you’d like additional nails for sizing flexibility or need replacements, let me know during your initial consultation, and I can customize your order accordingly.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping is available. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary depending on your location. Any customs or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
